The pool was closed during my stay, but the room was nice and comfy.

I stayed here for a quick transit stay and enjoyed a very comfortable Junior King Suite. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast—it was amazing and probably one of the best I've had. The staff at the front desk were quick to assist during check-in, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. However, the location was a bit isolated with not much to do around, so it's not ideal for longer stays.

What an absoluteley underwhelming experience. The pool was closed for an entire day, which was devastating for my family. To add to that, the 'game room' was practically a joke with broken games. I almost considered giving a better rating but who could when you aren’t treated like royalty?

The heated indoor pool is a flop—water felt like ice. Airport transport is a joke. took over an hour for a 15-minute drive. Ice requests from room service turned into a trek to the bar instead of being brought up. Walls lack soundproofing, making sleep difficult with the morning chaos outside. Payment issues, too. ended up paying for four rooms instead of two due to confusion over card transactions that still aren't resolved.

My family had an amazing time here. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, making sure we felt right at home. The breakfast was delicious and made our mornings brighter.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, like a warm hug in the morning,, and the staff were really friendly, making sure I was taken care of during my short stay. I enjoyed some games in the lounge too, helped me unwind after a long day.
